How and Where to Return an Item
Footwear
Inside your package you will find the following:
Your Invoice - which is your printed receipt. Keep this in case you need to make a return or exchange.
Return/Exchange Form – with instructions on how to complete and make a return.

Australian Returns:

- Return the shoes in the shoe box together with the completed Return/Exchange Form and place inside a plastic bag or protective wrap.
- Cut
out the SoleMate return address label and tape to the outside of the
package.
- Make sure the senders addresss and phone number is on the return label.
- Please do not return the box without packaging
or the Return/Exchange Form.
- Packages must be returned freight
prepaid. We cannot accept freight forward deliveries.
- We recommend the
use of an insured parcel service.
- All returns will be refunded to your original purchase credit card or chargeable account.
All other items
- Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible). Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip so that we can identify you.
- Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept freight forward deliveries.
- We recommend the use of an insured parcel service.
- All returns will be refunded to your original purchase credit card or chargeable account.
